To provide an easy journey from airport to university for your students, CUCAS provides iAgents a professional airport pick-up and registration service.
When your students arrive at the airport after thousands of miles of flying, they may have issues finding the way to destination, not to mention if the taxi driver takes them to the wrong place because of the language barrier or they can not find the registration place after the arrival.
Now, CUCAS pick-up service will clear up all these worries.
Our staff will meet your student at the arrival area of airport, holding up a cardboard sign with your students' name and CUCAS logo on it. Additionally, we have registration service for students arriving in Beijing. All you have to do is to book a flight and book this service online to let us know your arrival time.
Pick-up Service Fee : 100 USD /student ( Another 50 USD will be charged if for one more person coming along with )

CUCAS provides airport pick-up service in Beijing, Changchun, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai , and Wuhan, as well as registration service in Beijing. If you are interested in this service in other cities, you are welcomed to contact marketing@cucas.cn, the price will be different based on the actual situation.

Within one workday, CUCAS will confirm the arrival information with you after your booking.
CUCAS will re-confirm the arrival information with you three days ahead of your student's departure.
Step One : iAgent books the service in your iAgent account ( Fill in the information form online + Pay the service fee )
Step Two : CUCAS pick up the student in airport and send to the destination.
Step Three : The student signs on a paper receipt to confirm the service is completed.
Speaking both English and Chinese clearly and fluently, local CUCAS staff will help your students to communicate with admission office personnel.
Local CUCAS staff will help your students to register a local cell phone number and a bank account if necessary.
Local CUCAS staff will be very glad to get your students familiar with the new environment. It would be easier for your students to settle down with the direction of the locals. On campus, we will guide you to visit the teaching building and library. We will also show you where sports facilities are located. Moreover, we will lead you to the banks for money exchange and ATMs that accept international credit/debit cards, as well as recommended restaurants, supermarkets, laundries, post offices, pharmacies and the nearest subway stations.
Currently this service is only available in Beijing. CUCAS office is based in Beijing so our staff is very familiar with Beijing and its universities.
For other cities except Beijing, if you want to book this service for at least 5 students in the same universities, we can send CUCAS staff to provide this service in that city. The service fee will be different based on the actual situation and your VIP level. You can contact marketing@cucas.cn for this potential cooperation.
In order to provide a better service to help your students settle down easily right after they arrived in China, CUCAS has launched the plan of CUCAS University Ambassador, aimed to provide better support for international students in each city and university.
CUCAS University Ambassador will help your students to:
Pick your students up at the airport and bring them to the university by car or taxi.
Help your students go through the registration process in the university
Provide related support while your students are studying in the university.

Can CUCAS provide airport pick-up service and registration service in other cities or universities?
For students whose schools or cities are not mentioned above, CUCAS has elaborately prepared Guidebook, including "How to get to school", to help your students arrive at the university smoothly. You can also communicate with marketing@cucas.cn so we can discuss with you about more potential service.
How can I inform CUCAS if my students changed their flights?
CUCAS specially-assigned staff will provide his/her email address, phone number and wechat account about your booking. You can contact him/her about flight change directly.
What should I do if my student's flight is late?
You are suggested to advise your students to write down CUCAS pick-up staff's and your phone number on notebooks or papers.
For any emergency, you and the student is suggested to call CUCAS pick-up staff directly using public telephone or Wifi in the airport.
CUCAS pick-up staff will arrive at the appointed meeting spot earlier and will wait for your students 2 hours after the predicted arrival time at the airport.
What should I do if my student's flight is earilier and the student can not find CUCAS pickup staff?
The student can stay calm and remain nearby the pick-up area.
You are also suggested to advice your students to write down CUCAS pick-up staff's and your phone number on notebooks or papers. So your students can contact our staff or you to inform their arrival.
Will I get refund if I cancel the booking of the service?
You can cancel the service at least 48 hours before the departure of the student according to the flight.
