  For Self-sponsoring program online application, click the Submit button after iAgent made the successful online payment.

  For Scholarship, after iAgent sent back the payment receipt and required documents, marketing@cucas.cn will submit for iAgent.

  For the Postpay Self-sponsoring Application, after iAgent filled the application form and uploaded the documents in the iAgent account , the iAgent can submit online.

  CUCAS checks application documents according to the university's requirements.

  CUCAS contacts iAgent by email if something is wrong or missing.

  iAgent should communicate with the applicant and provide the required information/documents on time.

  CUCAS will submit the application to the university after the application package is complete.

  Due to the deadline, CUCAS might submit the incomplete application package to the university under university's permission.

  CUCAS tracks application status every week and sends email to iAgent as an update.

  University processes and give an answer, basically about 1 - 2 weeks for application of a non-degree program, about 3 - 4 weeks for application of degree program.
  Different universities have different policies.

  CUCAS informs iAgent to pay the deposit if the university requires;
  CUCAS will also request the university to provide digital acceptance letter as your reference.

  CUCAS tracks the admission package after your applicant got accepted.

  iAgent has to confirm his/her mailing address to receive the package.

  CUCAS will mail by DHL or SF Express. Currently, the DHL/SF delivery fee of the first admission package of the student will be covered by CUCAS.

  The applicant applies for the student visa according to the admission letter and get prepared.

  iAgent should confirm the applicant's arrival plan and inform CUCAS.

  Applicant arrives and registers in the school, pay the tuition fee and dorm fee ( if needed ).

  No Commission if the applicant gets the scholarship.

  For the self-sponsoring application, iAgent clicks the Settle Commission button to apply for commission ( if has ).
  The commission will be made in 2 months after we and the university confirmed that the student has registered at the school and pay the whole fee.

  To receive a commission, iAgent can choose to use Alipay, Paypal, and Chinese Bank Card.

* CUCAS iAgents are welcomed to contact CUCAS before making any payment.

* CUCAS will help the applicant to apply for another school for once if the application is not a postpay application and the applicant got rejected.
